But, we never were improving. My pain got a lot worse and there seemed to be no light at the end of the tunnel.

Even though the pain I suffered every day was excruciating, my sister's situation was far worse. I wanted to relieve her discomfort more than mine, without relying on medicine that could potentially be bad for us in the long run.

I began searching for a safe and effective alternative that really works. As I did my research, I found that an anti-inflammatory diet is the best way to effectively remove inflammation safely. It works not only in short-term pain but improves the reduction of pain and symptoms long-term.

This very valuable information comes with a price. Information about an anti-inflammation diet could be convoluted. And theories about it are sometimes conflicting.  Sometimes, and I learned this the hard way, all those fad anti-inflammation “cures” with absolutely no basis in science can hurt you MORE in the long run.

There’s no way to verify its reliability and effectiveness without trying it all. So, I did.

These vitamins and minerals are mutually exclusive. This implies that if you don't get enough of one vitamin, your body may have difficulty absorbing another.
