This challenge is designed to give you the opportunity to try an anti-inflammatory diet for a week.


You can definitely assess your suitability for this. We can't promise that you'll be in remission or that your ailment will totally go away. However, it has been demonstrated that eating healthily can help most individuals feel better, heal more quickly, and have more energy and focus.


The goal of the course is to get you started in taking the first crucial step of living healthily. In just seven days, you will realize that it doesn't have to be hard after all.

Pack your own meal or snacks to have available if you get hungry. That way you know you’ll have something healthy to eat. It can also help you cut down on the chances of having to buy less healthy food.

Always carry a reusable water bottle with you in case you get thirsty.

Think ahead

If it’s not possible to bring your own food, think ahead to where you will be. Find out what healthy food options are available where you are going or close by. This can help prevent you from having to choose meals or snacks that can be less healthy out of convenience.

Share the experience

Making meals together can actually be even more beneficial than just eating together. Especially, if you involve little ones in the kitchen. Kids are more likely to eat what’s on their plate if they have a hand in making it.
