I recently had surgery on my leg and started taking turmeric supplements 48 hours post-op to reduce swelling and the risk of clots. One week post-op and my incision has no redness or swelling, and my pain is managed with ibuprofen instead of the narcotics prescription I received from my surgeon. I’ve also been elevating my leg and icing it, so I can’t definitively prove that the turmeric helped my leg, but it’s certainly not hurting.

Good quality, but didn't work as well as some I have used. For the price they are ok, but not really as good as I expected. Could just be me, I have found that turmeric curcumin capsules are variable in effectiveness, some people seem to love them. Cautiously recommended.

Turmeric Complex pill worked almost from day one. I have back pain from inflammation of the spine, and after five days of taking one pill a day, my pain has subsided. I can walk without a back brace or pain again. This supplement may not work for you as well as it did for me but I recommend it for anyone with joint pain.

The product may be worth 5 stars, but at least one (don't know how many, yet) of the capsules did not survive transport (I presume), and the magnificent orange-colored turmeric has coated the contents of the remaining capsules, and my hands, and anything-else it can fall onto, every time the bottle is opened.
Hope this isn't a common problem.
Otherwise - I find no fault with the blend.

If you didn’t know...you can not consume enough Tumeric in your lifetime. Proven natural Anti Inflammatory. Cannot always add tumeric to food, supplement with capsules. Ensure pepper is included to enhance absorption.

Turmeric is great for your body. I tried the powder with warm milk and a little pepper. I tasted well, but stained my teeth a little.
Love these capsules. No stained teeth, and even has a little pepper in them to help absorption. Will continue to buy.

It is said that turmeric is very good for inflammatory diseases. I've noticed a slight reduction in the effects of my inflammation since I began using it about a month ago. Am hoping this product will continue to have a positive effect.

I started taking turmeric supplements because of it's health benefits. Turmeric and its compound curcumin may prevent heart disease and it is anti-inflammatory. I've been taking this supplement for a while and it seems to be helping me as I'm experiencing less pain and generally feeling better. On a side note, the pill is easy to go down and there is no aftertaste. I'll continue taking these!

I have tried others and they were much less effective. The only issue I have is many times when I get my new bottles there is powder from the capsules in the bottle and on pills. It gets on my hands and anything they touch becomes orange color. I can't complain about any other aspect.

I rated this a 5 but I purchased it to see if it would help with my arthritic thumb. To date it has not but that does not mean that I have not received a benefit from the product. As a result I rated it a 5. there have been no side effects but because of the particular blood thinner I am on, there is no prescription medication that I can take so I am trying herbal medicine.

I did some research on Turmeric and it sounded like it would help reduce your overall inflammation as well as digestion. I've been taking it for a while now and things seem to be going very well. I do take a fish oil as well so it's hard to tell if its' a combination or one of them. Overall it's been going very well and even though they're a decent sized capsule, they go down really easily.

Personally, these work very well for my inflammation, and pain, but I find one of these a day is not enough, I take twice a day. On really bad days I have taken 3 spaced out over the day with no side effects, zero. I have taken with and without food, no problems. Also, full benefits seem to build, you could only take when in pain but I think works better taken everyday. My wife takes another brand of curcumin (we tried several after researching) it works for her too.
I'm thinking of starting a turmeric farm now, this plant is incredible.

Works well to control inflammation, especially when following anti-inflammatory diet. Have not had any bad side effects. Sometimes capsules have the turmeric powder on outside of them which can make you cough/choke, so don’t try to take without liquid.

I have been using these Turmeric tablets for about a year. I was having a new 'Creak' every week or so, my wrist, elbow, knee or shoulder etc. Things would hurt for a few days then stop, so inconvenient. I decided to give theses a try . For the first week I took 1(one) 2(two) times a day for about a week, Then one in the morning with my other Meds. My Creaks stopped!! Really. I'm a true fan. I have severe arthritis in both my knees. I've been on a 500mg dose of prescription Aleive.. was taking twice a day. For about 5 months. I stopped taking it. And switched over. To this product,. Turmeric. And I got to say like other reviews I've said it works it definitely works one pill a day is all I take. So in my opinion give it a try you have nothing to lose that's a lot better than taking prescription medications.

I think this Turmeric complex is helping with a planters fasciitis problem. Wasn't expecting but the foot pain has been alleviated somewhat. I've had the problem walking for about 10 months and after a month, I'm walking much better. I know the body is full of inflammation and thought this would help with some inflammation problem, wasn't sure which ones.

I have had a swollen knee for about a year from a bad fall and tried PT for some relief. PT helped with mobility but not the swelling. Added to this I have had reoccurring lower back pain from an incident several years ago. I have been hearing about Turmeric complexes for several months and went searching for products. Mighty Turmeric came up and I decided to try it. I take it every morning with my other vitamins and have noticed the pain in my back lessening along with the swelling in my knee. It is hard to know if these herbal supplements really do much, but I believe this one does as much as one would expect from turmeric. My wife takes them for pains and believes it helps her, at least a little. I take it to fight depression naturally. I think it helps. Even if it is psychological, why not do what makes you feel good? I take a total of 18 pills and vitamins at one time, including the turmeric pill, and have no trouble swallowing it. Sometimes, you will taste ginger if you burp soon after taking it. Not so bad. Good value for the price, I'd say.

Been taking tumeric and ginger for artritis in my knee, espicialy one I injured several years ago. When I can make my helath drink I use capsules instead, these have all the recommended ingredients from Dr. Oz where I first heard of this remedy. I was away 3 weeks and just took 6 of these a day and no knee problems. The doctor had said I needed knee replacement 2 years ago, I was hurting. Then within a week of the tumeric blend, I could do stairs etc., no problem.

I'm very suspicious of "natural" product claims of correcting physical ailments. Every time I've tried a "wonder cure," I've been disappointed, and once I ended up in a hospital. I am using the Mighty Turmeric and pretty desperate for anything to alleviate my two-year degenerative hip pain. I am trying to postpone or avoid hip surgery that my doctor has told me I must have. Both my mother and my father passed away within one year of their hip surgery due to complications. So I am understandably petrified to have hip surgery. In the one week since using this product, my pain is 50% or more reduced. I can now bend down to pick something off the floor, tie my shoes, walk without a limp, and even put my leg over my motorcycle and ride. If things continue (or even if they remain as), I'm ecstatic. While it's only been one week, I'm pleased enough to give four stars on this product. If the benefits continue to get better (or remain as is), you can be sure I'll be back and issue a fifth star, and a sixth if I could. Let's see when I get back to the gym after they're re-opened in a few days. Or, upon my return from Texas on my bike.
*AMENDMENT: As promised, here's my amendment to my original review. After two weeks or more of use, this product indeed does what it purports. I feel 60%-%70 less pain in my hip. Therefore, I have increased my review to five (5) stars as promised. Accept for a few hours; my pain has remained gone. Here's the catch. You have to take two capsules daily. I take one early morning and the other late afternoon. If you forget to take one pill, the pain will come back, hence my "few hours" of pain returning. Of course, this is how these capsules have worked for me, and I can't say how they will work for you. However, based on my result, I would at least give it a try.

Really works at the start of a headache. It is helpful for body aches and pains as well. Much better on your liver than Tylenol. Used especially while I was pregnant to avoid Tylenol, as it is linked to ADHD and autism. Replacing acetaminophen with turmeric is just a great health wise decision. I was skeptical, but it works.

I've been trying to find natural anti-inflammatory products to take to help with a litany of minor issues. I say minor because these are issues I could live with, instead of taking over the counter meds to solve them. A couple of those issues are inflammatory issues like joint pain and mild acne.
Both problems come from getting back into shape and working out regularly. Im in my late 30s, so my mild acne comes from sweating and heat rather than from a surge of hormones. Generally, I view most supplements as bogus, but am still willing to try them in hopes of a cheap alternative to medicines that can come with side effect profiles that I want to avoid. fter taking 2 pills (1 gram) every night, I noticed my joint pain and swelling drastically improved. It did take about a full month to realize the benefits, so be willing to give it time to work.
As a side benefit, I noticed ALL of my mild acne went away. The few pimples that regularly showed up on my face - COMPLETELY GONE. Same for the few on my back as well. The Turmeric complex was the only thing I changed in my routine so I attribute the anti-inflammatory benefits of it to solving my acne issue.
Be careful about touching the pills with your hands...there is residual turmeric all over them and can get your clothes dirty very quickly. I shake out two capsules into the lid of the bottle and drop them into my mouth to avoid touching them.

I've been taking this supplement for the last 2 months, and feel that it is definitely beneficial. Joints feel better, less overall aches and pain. After doing some reading, it seems that this has the proper proportions of curcumin and black pepper to make the product more absorbent and bio-available.
I've purchased multiple bottles, and plan on continuing to do so.

Capsules easy to swallow. After taking for 4 days; noticed a decrease in cronic pain, in feet/toes. Was the only thing being taken (no pain pills, medicines, or vitamins ), for over 4 weeks. Joint pain and stiffness, has gradually decreased, since taking this product.

I kept reading about the health benefits of turmeric and decided to start taking it. For the previous couple years I was having recurring bursitis in my knee that would flare up a couple times a month, last for a few days to a week at most and then go away. It was annoying and painful but never so painful that I felt the need to go to a doctor. I would adjust my workouts and activity level and take a couple ibuprofen and call it good. I didn't even think about my knee issues when I decided to start taking these turmeric pills, I was doing it for the overall health benefits. However, right around the time that I ordered these, I had a bout of bursitis that was the worst, most painful bout yet (thanks to moving). I could barely walk. I decided to give it a couple weeks to see if it would resolve on it's own before going to a doctor. In the first week of this bout of bursitis, the turmeric pills came and I started them immediately. Again, not even thinking about how it might effect my knee. After a week, my bursitis was still killing me and I started looking up doctors in my new area that I could go to. By a week and a half, I started noticing it getting better so I held off on calling the doctor. By two weeks it was gone. I didn't think much of the correlation between the turmeric and the relief, until a few months went by and I realized I had not had any recurrence of my bursitis since I started taking the turmeric, which was unheard of for me as it had been a recurring problem at least once a month before. It's now been 7 months since I started taking it and I have not had one recurrence of bursitis in my knee. Even with daily workouts and lots of activity, something that would previously mean some knee issues, I have been pain free in my knees for 7 months. The only thing I changed was starting turmeric. I swear by it now and recommend it to anyone who I talk to that complains about any sort of inflammation pains in joints. I know it is what helped that last awful bout that I had go away and has kept it away ever since. I won't go without taking my turmeric. It did take probably a week to a week and a half to really start working, but now that I consistently take it every day, it does wonders for my knees and other joints.

God is Great!! This stuff is amazing!! I started taking this for inflammation and pain in my knee due to osteoarthritis. I love to run and had to stop running. My knee was swollen and difficult to bend for 2 weeks even with regular compression, ice, and lack of running. It was suggested I try turmeric by a friend. After some research, I decided to try this brand due to the turmeric root extract (higher potency & quality than the powder), black pepper extract (helps body to absorb and use the turmeric), and the ginger (also an anti-inflammatory). This brand also seems to have clean and quality product. After about 3 days of using, my inflammation had significantly gone down. I was back to my running after the 3 days. I have been taking it for close to 2 months now. I am still able to run, my inflammation feels gone, and my knee feels great, no pain. I can bend it just fine. I recommended this to my mother in law who needs a total knee replacement due to her osteoarthritis. I checked in with her after 2 weeks of taking it and she said she feels it’s helping her and has not had any pain. She is going to continue using it. On a side note, this has also helped me tremendously with mentrual cramping. I noticed this benefit closer to month 2. I pray they never change this product or make it with less quality. This stuff is truly helping me with my joint & nerve pain. Unfortunately, Tylenol, anti-inflammatory medicines, joint pain creme; basically anything over the counter does not touch my pain.
I was taking many different types of turmeric & curcumin supplements for weeks with no relief.

High quality Turmeric Complex. Just one capsule daily as directed on the product, is perfect for me. Excellent dietary supplement. In my case this supplement will last for more than 2 months. Since I take it as directed. Have to said that the black pepper boost the absorption of this product turmeric complex. I took always with meals that contain slightly fat, due my own research this turmeric complex ingredients, as well overall turmeric is more soluble in fat, then better taking with some good meal with slightly fat on the nutrients. The product is Kosher labeled. Vegan, gluten free, no chemical preservatives and the turmeric complex color is obvious is big quality turmeric complex. Beautiful color in the capsules contains, that match perfect ingredients used. The quantity of ingredients in just one pill is enough. I like that fact since I don’t have to take 2,3 or more pills for have my dietary turmeric complex needs. I recommended this product. I started feeling less joint pain after 2 to 3 weeks. I have fibromyalgia and i feel quite a bit better. Had a little bit of bathroom issues with it at first but it has gotten better. I quit it for a week and could really tell the difference. Ill be a customer for life!!

Have just consumed one capsule so my rating does not reflect whether the product works in reducing my joint pain. Too soon to tell. However, I am pleased to discover that this capsule may be fairly pleasantly consumed as a hot beverage. Have trouble swallowing capsules, so this is important to me. Mild, slightly peppery taste that is not bad. Others who are considering purchasing this might be interested.

You really know what your getting with this product. With other brands you don’t know what’s inside the capsules. This Tumeric complex has 400 mg of Tumeric which is much higher than many brands. In addition it has ginger and black pepper to help with absorption. Comparing amount of Tumeric per pill to the price makes this a great deal from Mighty Nutra. Plus the high quality ingredients and product testing makes it a no brainer to buy.

I absolutely love this product! For at least 6 months, I suffered from hip pain at night while sleeping. As time went by, it became worse. There were nights in which it was excruciating. I was diagnosed as having mild hip osteoarthritis. All doctors told me was the same ole same ole - take NSAIDS, Aleve, Motrin, etc... I'm sure you've been told the same. I started taking this product in June, it is now July. I've been taking this pill in the evening with supper. The 1st evening, I still woke up in pain. The 2nd evening, I slept the whole night thru with no pain! I've been taking this pill for almost a month and have only woken up 2 nights in pain. That is incredible! My hip pain has decreased significantly since I started taking this pill. Even my knee pain has decreased. I am always skeptical of reviews, but I have to tell you, that if you are suffering from arthritis, bone pain, etc. - buy 1 bottle and give it a try. The pain relief is incredible. Even my depression seems better, maybe b/c I'm not waking up in extreme pain almost every morning. Whatever it is - it's a miracle in a bottle!
